In order to register, you need to provide a valid e-mail address plus a Login Name and a password.

How do I become an ChinaPets member?
To become a ChinaPets member, you need to register first:
Registration to ChinaPets is simple and fast:
1. Go to ChinaPets homepage at www.chinapets.com ;
2. Click the Register link in the navigation bar on the left upper corner, or click the New User? Join Now! in the login box ;
3. Fill out the Registration form and submit it.
(All fields with an asterisk * must be completed before submitting.)
4.You will receive a welcome e-mail to the ChinaPets community.
After you have successfully registered on ChinaPets you will become a free member. If we verify you are a buyer, we will upgrade you to a buyer member.

Why am I having difficulty inputting my
email address?
If you see the error message " This email address already exists ", it means that your email address has been registered on ChinaPets before. To proceed, please register a different email address for your new account. Because part of our services is highly dependent on email, only ONE email address is accepted for a single account to better provide our individualized and customized services.

What can I do after registration?
After registration, you are automatically logged in ChinaPets Online. You can continue to use ChinaPets. You will also receive a welcome e-mail to the ChinaPets community.
Important: We recommend that you go to the My ChinaPets page and complete your company and contact information if you skipped it in the process of registration. Sufficient information ensures the inquiry forms can be automatically generated with your details by the system. The more details you provide, the more easily you will find your potential business co-operators.
